Introducing our Two Beaded PVC Tongue and Groove Plank with Blind Nail
Feature: This versatile PVC plank boasts a thickness of 1/2" and a width of approximately 5 ½", with 5" of it being exposed, resulting in a true size of ½" by 5 ½".
The gap between the beads measures 2 ⅜" on center, providing a visually appealing design. What sets this plank apart is its extended lip, which enables a concealed nail or staple installation, creating a clean and polished finish.
To suit various project sizes, we offer three lengths: 8 ft (covering 3.3 sq. ft.), 12 ft (covering 5 sq. ft.), and 18 ft (covering 7.5 sq. ft.).
For a secure installation, we recommend using small staples instead of brad nails, and adding construction adhesive like "No More Nails" or PL Premium for added strength. This milled profile comes white, but you have the option to paint it if desired. Additionally, we offer long soffit boards and 4 x 8 sheets with matching bead spacing to ensure a cohesive and attractive appearance for your project.
