Welcome to Elite Trimworks Corp. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you (“you,” “the Client,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or place any orders.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
1. Privacy Policy

2. Payment Policy

A 2% processing fee applies to all credit card payments exceeding $5,000.

For orders over $10,000, please contact us directly to arrange payment.

All payments must be cleared before an order is processed or shipped.
3. Product Disclaimer and Best Practices
Most of our products are unfinished and require on-site preparation and finishing. It is solely the Client’s responsibility to review product specifications and requirements before placing an order. Elite Trimworks Corp. will not be liable for dissatisfaction due to lack of preparation or misunderstanding of product requirements.
We advise against scheduling contractors or final project deadlines until the order has been delivered and inspected, as production or shipping delays - caused by carriers, vendors, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, labor strikes, etc.) - may occur. We are not liable for any associated costs resulting from such delays.
4. Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, item weight, and size; unless otherwise stipulated (ex: Contact us for a Shipping Quote/Shipping Special”). Should you see a discrepancy prior to checking out please contact us directly.

For oversized items (e.g., columns, long trims), shipping costs may be adjusted after order placement. We will always contact you for approval, before finalizing the shipment or charging anything additional..

Expedited shipping is not included and must be requested and paid for separately by the Client.
Additional Carrier Charges

If you accept additional delivery services (e.g., inside delivery, liftgate, or re-delivery) from the Transport Carrier, that was not arranged and prepaid for by you, you are responsible for any associated fees. We recommend reviewing the POD prior to signing, and taking a photo of your POD slip prior to the Transport Carrier leaving.

You must notify us, when placing your order, of any delivery restrictions or special handling instructions.
Shipping Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address and order details are accurate at the time of checkout and upon receipt of your order confirmation.

Any costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will be charged to the Client directly.
Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, Freight,, or otherwise noted) for the most efficient and cost-effective delivery. In rare cases, if shipping costs are not mutually agreed upon, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Local Pickups
If you choose to pick up your order:

It is your responsibility to inspect and confirm that your order is complete and free from visible defects before leaving our premises.

By signing the invoice or packing slip at the time of pickup, you confirm that all items are accurate and in acceptable condition.

Elite Trimworks Corp. is not liable for any damage or discrepancies once the product has left our facility.
6. Damage Claims
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit. The following guidelines apply:
Inspection Upon Delivery

Immediately inspect all packages upon delivery. If any damage is visible, inform the driver and note it on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.

Do not refuse delivery. Doing so may delay or negate the resolution process.
Time-Sensitive Claims

All damage, missing, or concealed item claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Claim Requirements
To file a damage claim, you must provide:

A list of affected items, including SKUs and descriptions

Detailed photos, including:

Each damaged item.
-
All damaged items together.
-
Damaged items inside and outside the original packaging.
-
Packaging materials used.
-
Shipping label with tracking number.

All sides of the package.
Replacements
-
We reserve the right to replace only the damaged portion or missing portion of the order.

We may choose not to replace items damaged in areas that will not be visible once installed. We also may choose not to replace products that require finishing onsite that would ultimately resolve concerns.
Preserve Packaging
-
Retain all original packaging and damaged goods until the claim has been processed and closed.
-
The carrier may require inspection or salvage of damaged items. Disposal prior to claim resolution may void your claim.
7. Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an incorrect item:

Contact us immediately. We will send the correct item at no additional cost to you should the error be due to our oversight.
-
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery for consideration.
-
We do not offer expedited shipping for replacements—please inspect all packages upon arrival before scheduling installers or contractors.
-
If we request the incorrect item be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. If not requested, you may dispose of the item at your discretion.
8. Return Policy
Eligibility

Only unused, uninstalled Quick-Ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
-
Items must be in resalable condition, with original packaging intact.
-
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
-
All purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee may be waived if a similar exchange order is placed at the time of return".
Conditions of Free Shipping

Free shipping offers apply only to eligible products and shipments within the a 1-hour drive of any major Canadian city which include: Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto (including the Golden Horseshoe), North Bay, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Halifax.
If you return a product that qualified for free shipping: -
The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process

You must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.

Return shipping costs, including duties, are the Client’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

You must use a carrier service with Free Domicile (sender pays all charges). Any unexpected charges billed to us will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
-
Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and inspected. If we provide clearance for your return and was not returned Free Domicile, we will process your refund once we have received the invoice from our Customs Broker.

Damaged returns may be denied or subject to partial credit based on our evaluation. You may input a claim with the carrier of your choosing to be reimbursed for the damages.
9. Warranty Information

All products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Installation, third-party labor, or finishing is not covered under this warranty.

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
To file a warranty claim, contact customer service for a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number. Returns must be prepaid and clearly labeled with the WRA number.
10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement ONLY prior to packaging or shipping processing confirmations.
-
Made-to-order and custom products cannot be cancelled once they enter production.
-
Quick-Ship items are processed rapidly and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
11. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, code, and layout — is the exclusive property of Elite Trimworks Corp. and is protected under U.S. and Canadian copyright laws.
You are permitted to:

You agree that your exclusive remedy for any claim or dispute with Elite Trimworks Corp. is limited to the amount paid for the specific product(s) in question.
13. Typographical Errors
We strive to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate. However, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

If your credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, a full refund for the paid order will be issued.
14. Legal Jurisdiction
All claims, disputes, or legal actions related to these Terms, your order, or your use of our website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, regardless of your location. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for the resolution of any such matters.
15. Termination
These Terms are effective upon your use of the site or submission of an order and remain in effect until terminated by either party. Elite Trimworks Corp. may terminate these Terms at any time without notice. Certain provisions—such as copyright, warranties, limitations of liability, and jurisdiction—will continue to apply after termination.
16. U.S. Duty Notice
Effective January 2025, any new duties or tariffs imposed by the United States Government on imported or exported goods will be the sole responsibility of the Client. These charges will not be covered or reimbursed by Elite Trimworks Corp. under any circumstance.
