Colonial Porch Wrap

Colonial Porch Wrap, made in PVC to wrap around a 4" wooden or steel post. 

PVC column wraps are quick and easy to install and lightweight, strong and paintable.  They hold up to warping, shrinkage, decay, and insects and don't need to be painted.  Our PVC wraps are made with premium "Free Rise" cellular PVC.  The shaft is shipped in four easy-to-cut-to-size panels.  All you need is a chop saw and basic carpentry tools to install.  We make these in large production runs, and we ship them out fast.

Specifications
It comes complete with 2 sets of astragal trim; 2 sets that make up the capital and base; 3 oz of PVC adhesive; tape to help assemble the shaft; and instructions.
The column shaft comes in 3 sections (each 46" long) made with cellular PVC panels with a lock mitre joint for easy glue assembly.

The actual outside dimension of the shaft upper and lower shaft is 6", and the middle section is 5" square. The inside dimension 4", which is perfect to fit around a 4" wooden post that typically has a true size of 3 ⅝".  

If your wooden shaft is bigger, you may need to plain down during the installation. If you have a 6" wooden support post, then contact us, and we can review your options. If you can remove the post, then we suggest you look at Structural Colonial Porch Posts.
The ½" thick PVC base trim adds 1" inch of thickness to the shaft, making the overall top and bottom footprint 7".
