12' x 24' Traditional Free Standing PVC Pergola Kit

12' x 24' Traditional, Free Standing PVC Pergola Kit: Fabricated with Cellular PVC to resist fading, rotting, warping and last a lifetime without painting.  Cellular PVC readily accepts paint, should you choose to paint it.  

Choose from four different profiles: Napa; Craftsman; Spartan; and Axis Step.

This Pergola Kit includes the following pre-cut components for ease of assembly:
17- 2" (1 ⅝") x 10" (9 ¼") x 12' PVC Rafters with aluminum support bars. Each rafter is to be pre-drilled from the top and comes with spikes and finished with PVC plugs to conceal the fasteners. 
4- 2" (1 ⅝") x 10" (9 ¼") x 24' PVC Support Rafters with heavy-duty aluminum support bars.  These include side-mounted hardware, to be concealed with PVC plugs. Shipped in two 12' sections to be joined on-site at the center support post.
10 - 1 ½" x 24' PVC purlins with hidden mounting screws and PVC plugs (shipped in two sections).
6 - Either 10" x 8' or 8" x 8' Square PVC Columns, or order the kit without columns and select from any of the styles we offer online (about 40 to choose from)
The structure requires 6 - 6x6 pressure treated wood or steel posts securely mounted which are not included.
Flanges are provided to cover the holes/gaps at the top of the columns to prevent water from trickling down inside, offering additional protection and durability.
