Channel Bead - MDF Sheet

Nickel Gap (or Channel Groove) Raw MDF Sheet, with 4" / 6" / 8" Gaps or Channels on-centre channel. Each sheet is 4' wide, with an option to choose the length (8ft / 10ft / 12ft), and the thickness (3/8" / 1/2" / 5/8" / 3/4"). The channel groove is approximately 1/4" wide and 3/16" deep on ⅜" MDF and ¼" deep on MDF ½" or thicker.   The channel will run along the length of the sheet unless you make other arrangements.  The sides of the sheet will have a butt edge to form a seamless joint when installing multiple sheets together.

These sheets can be used for Walls, Ceilings, Backsplash, or Cabinet applications, and require sealing and finishing on site (ex - filling, sanding, and priming/painting).  You may also want to look at our Shiplap  or Tongue and Groove Nickel Gap planks. Plank alternatives are ideal for smaller jobs that may not require a full sheet, but still require the length.

Should you decide to use a 3/8" thick sheets, this will match perfectly with our BeadBoard Rail Kit, which creates a very rich looking Wainscot/Beadboard application.
