PVC Header, Flat Top

PVC Continuous Flat Top (level) Header made to be used under soffits or canopies.  We suggest you use a “sloped” version to better shed water on top of window and doorways.  PVC Headers are an excellent replacement for Polyurethane being stronger and more impact resistant.

Made with our standard trim board, 12 feet long in various heights.  The parts include a smooth finished PVC Trim Board 3/4” thick by twelve feet long, a 3” PVC cornice and a ⅜” PVC top.  We leave the cornice separate to allow for hiding the mechanical fasteners to be used to mount header, the cornice is to be pinned in place after installation of the boards.  As an option, you may also add the base cap trim at the bottom (as shown in drawing).
