RAW Hardwood Ceiling Beams are made with panels of ½" veneered raw Hardwood on a MDF (or particle core) substrate. Being engineered wood, they are not subject to splitting or warping. This type of beam is ideal for exposed roof trusses.
Available in many raw wood species and custom sizes are available by request.
Hardwood beams are perfect for white ceilings or ceilings with either Beaded, V-Grooved, Shiplap, or Tongue & Groove Planks, and can be stained on site to suite your project needs.
The smaller 4" and 5" beams are made from simple mitered panels and the larger ones have lock mitered panels. Corner seams are invisible once assembled. The panels for the beams are shipped un-assembled to avoid damage during transport. We include 3/4" thick MDF mounting strips, the MDF glue and joining tape for ease of installation.

Please Note: Beams over 8ft will be produced from 8ft panels and staggered seams to make longer lengths, please refer to photo shown to see how they connect.
