Every Elite Wall Paneled Wainscot kit comes factory-primed and ready to paint. Apply one good coat of paint after installation, and you're done. Most customers paint both the wall surface and all kit parts the same color, but perhaps you're more adventurous. Consider using wallpaper on the panel areas or paint it a different color. The recessed Wall Paneled TWO TIER Wainscoting Kit, 50” high x 8ft long, is a good height for rooms with 8ft or 9ft ceilings. No panels are needed here, just use the existing wall, that's what makes this kit so easy to install. The kit consists of everything you need to cover 8 linear feet of wall:
1 x  Tall Wainscot Cap, with 5/8" backset, 95"
1 x Reversible Wainscot Upper Rail, 95"
1 x Recessed Lower Rail, 95"
1 x PVC Shoe Trim, 95"
1 x 96" Recessed Stile
5 x 26" Recessed Stile
5 x 8" Recessed Stile

All parts are packed with protective packaging and ready to go for quick shipping. The rails and stiles are made from primed MDF, the Cap Trim is made from Poplar and the Shoe Trim is made from PVC, both for better impact and moisture resistance. The parts are easily customizable with our Router Bit if you have any doorways or windows.  *Actual length is 95”, which is the maximum length allowed for parcel shipping.
